I was going to use “fortune favours the brave” on the side of her box, but went with Fortuna Eruditis Favet = “fortune favours the prepared mind”.
Aside: Once upon a time, I was convinced to wear a marching band get-up (including the tall hat) to be an impromptu banner-holder in a parade. It was a little hot but I came out with an experience, a story, and none worse for the wear.
